Bilingual call center representative


This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted July 12, 2019.

We are looking for ​a Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team!

You will be responsible for securing billing payments from your customers.START DATE: ASAPDURATION: 1 year contract ( Possibility of extension or convert into full time employee )Shifts: Must be available Mon-Sun between the hours of 8 am to 10 pmThe schedules will be from 30.5 h to 37.5 h in that time period (we will eventually open until 10 pm on Saturdays).Agent will be guaranteed a shift during the weekend (one day) for a total of 30 h to 37.5 h per weekThe candidates can obtain shifts anywhere between 8:00 am to 10:00 pm based on business needs & performance as discussed.Training Schedule:Monday to Thursday from 2 pm-8 30 pm and Fridays from 12 am to 8 pm**Candidates selected will be required to go through 3 weeks of extensive training and will need to be able to retain a lot of information fast.

**Due to the large amount of hires, each supplier may only submit 10 candidates.
