Bilingual Client Service Representative- Work from home- Toronto

We’re looking for dynamic and experienced customer service representatives to provide support to members, while working from the comfort of your own home.

As a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding various insurance products and services.

4 month contract, with high possibility of extension or permanent hire Salary: 19.50/hour Work availability: Monday to Friday, business hours.

– Working with a leading Canadian company Responsibilities As a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
– Bilingual (English/French) inbound call centre
– Taking inbound customer service inquiries regarding clients insurance products and services
– Provide knowledgeable assistance to clients over the phone and some email
– Create a warm, and pleasant experience for clients
– Achieve quality service by assessing & responding to client needs
– Capturing call/email details into a case tracking system
– Building and maintaining strong client relationships Qualifications
– Excellent communication skills in English and French (verbal and written)
– Minimum 3 years previous experience in Customer service, or call centre is required
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Tech savvy and working knowledge of computers
– Full time and flexible availability
– Wired internet connection (Ethernet cable) Summary 4 month contract, possibility of extension or permanent hire Salary: 19.50/hour Work availability: Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm (EST).
