Bilingual customer service for $25 an hour! (inbound calls) – moncton

Our customer loyalty specialists earn on average $52,000 per year in total compensation.

That includes base salary, premiums and bonuses.

So what will you do?

Let Jessica explain: “Whatever the situation, I anticipate the customer’s needs and explore every option to offer the best solution possible.

For example, if they believe their bill is too high, I’ll break down the charges and see what options are available.

I’ll develop a personalized plan that suits their needs.

If they are unhappy about something, I’ll try to figure out the reasons and do everything in my power to fix it.

You’re great at paying attention to details; solving problems is something you enjoy.
