Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bilingualism in French and English required; Previous experience in the customer service industry required; Proficient computer and keyboarding skills; Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required; Confidence in your aptitude to learn and apply information quickly; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to multi-task; Capability to work efficiently in a quick-paced, ever-changing environment in a professional manner; Customer centric: going above and beyond/proactive M-CA-IN-CM If you are ready to unleash your potential, it’s time to start your career with Manulife/John Hancock.
