Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for meeting customers?

The key responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative may include, but are not limited to: Bilingual customer support and sales representative Correspondence via phone, fax, email request for product information and orders Managing customer accounts Processing orders and working with existing vendors Providing material distribution requests as well as return authorizations Maintain customer database The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of business-to
– business experience with knowledge surrounding internal policies and procedures corresponding to sales and products.

In addition, the candidate will be well-organized, able to manage time effectively, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and detail oriented.

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be a team-player; self-motivated and will have excellent problem-solving skills.
