Bilingual Customer Service Representative


This is a Full-time position in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, QC posted May 2, 2021.

ABOUT THE JOB Are you friendly, positive and fluent in both French and English?

Our major operation center in Mississauga is currently looking to add an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to our team.

If you enjoy problem solving and dealing with multiple customers on a daily basis, this job is for you Apply Now YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times; Responding promptly to customer inquiries; Communicating with customers through various channels (email and telephone); Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries/complaints; Knowledge of service offerings to best assist the customers; Processing pickups, rates, tracing requests, lost freight inquiries, etc; Keeping records of customer interactions through available software; Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary; Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support; Work with sales representatives and other colleagues on a day-to-day basis to provide the utmost service to customers.
