BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative

If you’re looking for a long-term temporary position in Toronto, Ontario, this Customer Service Representative opportunity could be for you Your responsibilities
– Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion in both English and French
– Handle incoming telephone calls
– Receive and send written business correspondence
– By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
– Full proficiency in both French and English
– Deep understanding of MS Outlook
– navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred
– Microsoft Word experience preferred
– Solid understanding of typing 45
– 60 words per minute
– Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
– Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g.

ACT, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
– Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
– Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
– Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
– Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
– 2 years’ experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired
– Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
