Take a chance with this new roleAgilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Contract) in the Office Professional Sector in Markham, Ontario.

Our client is an industry known leader in their field with a unique service Auditing and verifying lottery transactions A day in the life:Provide exceptional inbound/outbound customer service to callersHandle concerns regarding lottery ticket purchase, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutionReceive and respond to inbound e-mail; gather and verify required informationProvide information to the customer and place appropriate notes in system indicating exactly what action was taken or needs to be takenEnsure proper security procedures are followed on all e-commerce customer interactionsResolve customer complaints (i.e., ticket not received, payment issues)Successful candidates will have:Completion of post-secondary school in Business or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience in a customer service roleMinimum typing speed of 25 WPM with high degree of accuracyFluency in English and FrenchAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWhat’s in it for you:Competitive compensation based on experienceContract to permanent opportunityWorking with an Ontario-wide leader in their field Modern and Sleek office space(Covid) Safety protocols fully in placeContract position
