Bilingual Customer Service Representative


This is a Full-time position in Saint-Leonard, QC posted October 20, 2021.

Adecco is currently hiring for Bilingual Customer Service Rep resentatives ( French and English ), to work initially from home for our client located in Brossard, QC.

To qualify for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you must have excellent communication skills, be fluently bilingual in French and English and possess experience in financial services.

This is a short-term 5 -month full time contract position , paying $19.50/hr, with the possibility of extension.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Main Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls, submissions, and email inquiries in a timely manner Fields all questions and concerns regarding loans, payouts, insurance etc.
