It requires the agility to multi-task and the initiative to move forward.

The candidate will have a safety background that will allow them to grow in the role.Primary Responsibilities of Job Serve as primary contact / liaison for customer requests for Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Work with the Regulatory Compliance Manager to prepare SDS and container labels for issuance to internal and external customers.

Distribute SDS to customers in compliance with Health Canada Hazardous Materials regulations Support the efforts of the SHEQ team in an administrative function to remain in compliance with regulatory, and company policies and procedures.

Support Operations in an administrative function to remain in compliance with regulatory, and company policies and procedures.

Assist with the collection and analysis of safety, environmental and quality statistical reports related to safety and quality performance metrics.

Data analysis; Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Lotus Notes.

Perform filtering and sorting of data, Vlookup and other functions.
