Main tasks:

• Establish an action plan to achieve objectives.
• Analyze management reports to develop strategies aimed at improving profitability.
• Set daily and weekly priorities and communicate them to department managers.
• Monitor advertisements and optimize the best strategies.
• Optimize merchandising strategy.
• Ensure proper inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with managers to ensure effective management of various human resources aspects.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:

• College diploma (DEC) or attestation of college studies (AEC) in business management.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in retail.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory and management role.
