Call Center Agent – Promote TELUS

Key Responsibilities: Promote TELUS home solutions and mobility solutions to residential customers via outbound calls, inbound calls, and referrals.

Offers excellence in post-sales support for TELUS products and services.

Provide exceptional customer care to our client’s customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend/sell solutions that meet those needs.

Ensure excellent customer service by communicating with the internal team, and/or appropriately transfer to the responsible department when required.

Schedule : Our call center operates 6 days a week.

Shifts are scheduled based on a set rotation and posted 5 weeks in advance.

Full-time availability is required.

All successful candidates must be available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, based on business requirements Currently, we have 3 shifts (8 hours) between our Call Centre timings of: 8:00am-7:00pm Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday Required Skills, Abilities, and Attributes: Experience in a sales role and/or customer service environment Motivated to meet personal and team sales goals Able to pass a criminal background check and should be 18 years of age or more.

Able to deliver sales and service excellence by demonstrating tenacity, persuasiveness, and strong interpersonal skills Passionate about outstanding customer service You are able to analyze data, utilize problem-solving skills, and recommend solutions Able to maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced, changing environment Call center experience is an asset Knowledge of the Internet, Television, and Home Phone services that TELUS offers a plus Familiarity with voice and data/IP products and services The career you’ve been waiting for is here If you have a passion for growth, believe in spirited teamwork, and have the courage to innovate, then it’s time you join our team.
