You will generate opportunities to expand our product and solutions offering by discussing the NMSO Catalog and assisting current clients and prospective clients with fulfilling any upcoming requirements.

The position will be mainly support clients through phone, e-mail and portal activities each day assisting with the administration and support of the WTD contract.

Support all incoming inquiries and requests from departments and agencies who utilize the WTD NMSO Contract.

Provide customized price quotes to D/As following the structure of the NMSO catalogue pricing model.

Responsible for vetting all incoming NMSO Call-up orders to ensure accuracy of data.

Work with administrative team to process orders.

Follow track and report all orders through to deployment.

Maintain contact with current customers to ensure client satisfaction as well as identify potential opportunities and upgrades.

Notify the appropriate KM resources of the opportunities.

Effectively manage and develop relationships with various lead sources Create and prioritize strategic target account lists and initiatives within defined D/As.

Prompt and diligent follow‐up of all sales leads Maintain detailed records in CRM of account activity.

Support Federal Government Program Manager with day to day contract maintenance activities.

Monitor KM and competitive positions in all categories on the WTD Catalogue to ensure eligibility status.

Provide Service Delivery Portal training, help client maneuver the Portal.

Schedule meetings with existing accounts, even if no opportunity found, and to be positioned as a customer satisfaction initiative.

You have the ability to educate current and prospective clients on the Federal Government Procurement vehicles available to them and their Departments and Agencies.

You have the ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge.

An understanding of the print industry is preferred but not required, if you have a proven track record in the client care and/or Inside Sales fields.

Ability to work independently and multi‐task in a fast‐paced environment Strong communication skills Desire to ensure the utmost in customer satisfaction Professional and responsive sales orientated approach Drive to succeed in a growing business What You Need Fully bilingual in French & English (Mandatory) Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience Experience in inside sales, telesales or a call‐center environment is an asset Experience with Government Sales and Contract Management (preferred) Experience in the IT or Office Equipment Industry preferred, but not required Proficiency in MS Office suite of products an asset Do you have a passion for technology and people?
