Client Services Associate (Bilingual)

We are looking for a passionate Client Services Associate to join our Client Success department and take part in building the future of home care software.

In This Role You Will Supporting Senior Client Success Managers and Client Success Managers by coordinating implementation tasks and workstreams, and assisting the team with managing the full lifecycle of client projects Perform multiple, concurrent tasks where you will be applying AlayaCare project methodologies across a client’s lifecycle and working with AlayaCare’s inter-disciplinary resources in the course of delivering the workstream (e.g.

data migration, integration, training) Attending in-person and remote client meetings, reporting on changes to the project, and keeping the project documentation up to date Tracking risks and issues, following procedure and seeking direction in the event of project conflict Providing phone, virtual conference, and occasional on-site tactical consulting related to AlayaCare projects with clients, this can include workflow analysis, requirements gathering, etc Preparing and managing project documents and providing training to clients Contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and other intellectual capital aimed at delivering value to our clients Addressing and resolving client issues with the help of team members across AlayaCare, including occasional on-call after-hours assistance for support team Various project, product, and client tasks as assigned What You Bring Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as business, healthcare, project management, etc., or a blend of post-secondary education and saas/healthcare project experience Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position Direct experience in a client-facing role Technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office Suite is required; experience using project tools such as Confluence, or Wrike, etc.
