This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features: Leadership talks with key Leaders from across the organization Lunch and Learns on topics such as Innovation Diversity and Inclusion and Personal Branding and so much more Job Description Our Co-op analyst will be an integral part of the team, focused on Greystone/TDAM Institutional integration projects to amalgamate our RFP database (Qvidian) and consultant database (eVestment) processes.

The scope of the project involves working directly with the content manager to integrate systems/processes, define new process improvement opportunities, as well as analyze data trends to enhance content.

As part of this project work, students will gain direct exposure to vendors and partners throughout TDAM
– from Product/CPMs to RMs.

Our Co-op analyst will be an integral part of the team, working directly with the team manager to project plan and define scope.

Our student will be empowered to take the lead on select projects by executing work breakdown schedules, running project meetings, and creating procedures and training documents.

Scope of projects range from operational process improvement to digital transformations.

As part of this project work, students will gain direct exposure to vendors and partners throughout TDAM
– from Portfolio Manages and Product Specialists to Relationship Managers.
