Job Description Canadian Tire is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our call center customer service team.

We are looking for dynamic Corporate Customer Service Representative that will provide exceptional customer service to retails customers across all brands.

This position receives a diverse set of calls such as helping customers with getting points promotions, providing product support and assisting customers with any inquires or complains they might have.

Responsibility Provide exceptional customer service to all customers Upholds quality standards, focusing on accurate and timely delivery of services Receive and manage 50 to 60 calls per day and 8
– 9 emails per hour Communicate professionally with internal and external customers Demonstrates patience, understanding, and empathy Demonstrates active listening throughout call Who You are?

Passion for driving an exceptional customer experience Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Active listener with great verbal and written communication skills Positive and enthusiastic attitude Problem solver and detail-oriented Ability to respond quickly to customer calls in a courteous and knowledgeable manner Effective time management and task prioritization Relates well to all kinds of people.

Able to build and maintain professional relationships.

Education High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience Customer Service: 1 year (Required) Call Center: 1 year (Preferred) Salary : $17.90hr Benefits Employee focused organization.
