Customer and retail support representative – Peterborough (inbound calls)

We are looking for empathetic, friendly and dynamic Customer Retail representatives who can help in-store agents wrapping up their sales effort through immediate support and provide immediate customer assistance for mobile customers supported by Canada’s largest communication company.

Our employees confirm it: according to the latest 2018 internal survey, 84% of them would recommend Nordia as an employer to their family and friends What is expected from a retail support representative: As Customer Service Representative : Provide direct customer support related to mobile phone inquiries such as porting numbers, transfer of account responsibility, billing inquiries etc; When appropriate and based on customer’s needs, convert service calls into selling opportunities on value added products and services; As Retail Support Representatives you will assist retail stores agents with: Mobile products and services inquiries to help them complete their in-store sales (Wireless Telecommunications) Specific needs which cannot be fulfilled in-store such as new customer activations, mobile number and device changes, etc; General inquiries on products, services and in-store process guidelines What you need to join the team: High school diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications Proficiency with problem solving and decision making Able to multi-task (think, talk and type) in a fast paced environment Availabilities: Training schedule: weekdays between 10:00 am and 5:30pm – 4 weeks Post-training schedules: afternoons and evenings, weekdays and weekends between 2pm and 1am What we offer: Competitive base salary
– $15.69 / hour (includes a $1.25 premium on worked hours); Performance based monthly incentive; Hourly premium for weekend hours; Full time (35 to 40 hours/ week) and Part time schedules (starting with 20 hours/week); Fully paid professional training and support to help you reach your potential.
