This is a Part-time position in Montreal, QC posted November 13, 2019.

Come join our Collection team as a Customer Service Advisor: Provide credit management advice and propose innovative solutions to clients who have missed payments on one or more products.

Just starting?

You’ll take a training program.

During that time, you’ll learn about your role and the tools you can use to understand the ever-changing challenges of collection.

Life at work You’ll communicate with a number of partners and clients and review clients’ financial situation in order to offer them the most appropriate solutions.

Your goal will be to regularize their situation while minimizing the risk of loss for the Bank.

Your schedule You’ll need to be available to work full time or part time: Part-time 20 to 22 hours Tuesday to Friday 4:00 p.m.

to 8:00 p.m.

and Saturday 8:00 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m.Monday to Friday 4 p.m to 8 p.m.

High school diplomaCustomer service and problem resolution skillsAt least 6 months’ experience in customer/advisory service, an assetStrong interpersonal skillsBilingual (English and French) Your ability to connect, listen, influence, communicate and provide appropriate solutions for your clients’ needs are the qualities that will make you stand out.
