Main tasks: You process each incoming order.

If necessary, you suggest alternatives to products not available.

Phone, email or chat – all platforms are good for good customer service.

Your relationships with each customer allow you to offer customized solutions to their requests.

You ensure a follow-up and solution for orders in process.

You send quotes to customers.

You are a real support to the sales team.

Always with a goal of providing excellent service, you are available for other related tasks.

Requirements: You have minimum two years of experience in a customer service-related position.

Do you have experience in a call center?

Excellent You are fully bilingual, French and English – spoken and written.

They will have an outstanding sense of organization.
