This is a Full-time position in Burnaby, BC posted July 12, 2019.

Our client, a leader in the customer service industry, is looking for a Call Center Agent to join their team in Burnaby on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following duties: Providing inbound/outbound customer service to clients who have overdue payments that have not yet gone to collections Working with customers and providing payment arrangements and options for them Qualification
– Prior call center experience
– Excellent English Written and Spoken communication
– Basic Computer Proficiency
– Willing to complete Background and Credit checks Shifts may be Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday.

Candidates will work 5 days per week, 40 hours.

Candidates must be open for all shift times.

CALL CENTER HOURS Mon
– Fri 8am-5pm 9am-6pm 11am-8pm.

Sat
– Sun 8am-5pm Candidates know the shift schedule a month in advance, and based on performance after 90 days, they can get first dibs on positions.
