Customer Service Coordinator

This is a Contract position in Hamilton, ON posted May 11, 2022.

Who we need Reporting to the After Market Care Manager, we are adding a quality-focused, Customer Service oriented Coordinator to our team.

You will build internal and external relationships and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction as you take ownership for the execution and follow-thru of claims for replacement products.

You will face a new scenario, new issues, and new solutions every day.

What you will focus on: Grow your knowledge.

You will develop a deep understanding of After Market Care at Array, gaining insights into operations, supply chain, and production.

Execute customer orders.

You will gather information and photos from clients, communicating directly primarily by email but often by phone to understand their complete replacement product needs.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Sales, and the Operations team.

You will provide direction and support to the production team for the successful completion of orders.

You will solve and fulfill all immediate concerns at the team level.

You will be responsible for quality assurance.

Report.

You will identify and prioritize requests from easiest/fastest to most complex/urgent.

You will update and communicate daily overdue order statuses, relevant notes, and actions taken.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will recommend and execute mitigation strategies to ensure the completion of overdue orders.

What do you bring: The experience.

A year or more in After Market care, ideally in merchandising, preferably in cosmetics.

You may have exposure to product manufacturing.

You have a commitment to high-quality customer service and the initiative to reach out to any team or department within the company to facilitate a rapid response.

You are highly proficient with MS Office.

The interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Experience managing conflict and building positive relationships.

The knowledge.

Experience driving process improvement and the awareness to make the right decisions and enhancements to improve efficiencies.

Ideally, you are familiar with the 5S system of visual organization.

You have a solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
