About the position An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Representative within the Animal Nutrition BU.

We are looking for a versatile colleague to support our day-to-day business operations.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and processing, all assigned customer purchase orders from order entry, preparing logistics in a timely and accurate manner to invoicing the customers.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers.

In addition, you will support the Sales Manager by managing the client portfolio together.

Duties and Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely data entry of orders and creation of invoices into our ERP system.

To be interactive with and proactive towards our customers regarding arrangement of transport while complying with their requirements and service standards Provide export documentation/ logistic documentation for the client Track and trace pending files and status of orders and report the status/updates to the customer Establish key client relationships in order to improve customer satisfaction; Proactive communicationand interaction with all departments and third parties.

Escalate to manager whenever needed Managing distribution and shipment budgets Visualize, facilitate, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle from start to finish Track quality, quantity, stock, transport costs, delivery timelines, and productivity.

Arrange domestic and international shipments for customers.

Coordinated import and export processes for many and varied international business activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications Fluent in English and French both written and verbally is a must Experience with customer relations in an international B2B market.

Within the Food/Feed industry is a plus Experience with drafting export documents and processing of orders and invoices Good knowledge and understanding of incoterms preferred Good computer skills (MS Office) and experience with ERP system Work accurately; be proactive and detail-oriented; Be a team player and have the ability to listen, comprehend and effectively communicate to obtain positive results Pro-active, service-oriented and strong organizational skills High work standards and ability to work under pressure; Display an enthusiastic, professional and customer focused approach.

Education or Work Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience within customer service or logistics Experience with customer relations in an international B2B market.
