With cases on the rise, we’ve ramped-up vaccination and testing teams that will help stop the spread of COVID-19: we need your help. Join us, and make a differenceWe’re hiring Customer Service Reps that will support people who are at risk for COVID-19 and want to get tested.Currently, we have several drive-thru test sites at schools across California. As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for people coming in to get tested: taking down their information, scheduling appointments, and sharing information on how testing works and what they can expect.It also makes you a critical point of contact for people who are feeling nervous or anxious about getting tested or finding out their results.Your sympathy and professionalism can help make a stressful experience easier; if you’re the sort of person who’s good with people and loves making them feel better, this is the job for you. The DetailsWe have multiple FT and PT positions available; hours will be from 8-5, Monday to Friday, or from Monday/Tuesday to Thursday (PT). Pay rates range from $15-17 per hour.
