This long-term temporary Customer Service Representative position in Vancouver, British Columbia could be perfect for you Responsibilities Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Receive and place telephone calls Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism Deep understanding of Administrative Assistance Microsoft Excel experience Solid understanding of customer service Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries 2 years’ experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g.
