Customer Service Representative – Call Centre


This is a Contract position in Richmond, BC posted November 10, 2020.

Are you a customer service professional looking for a new challenge?

Do you have 2 years of call centre experience?

We are currently looking for a customer representative to join our team based out of our Richmond location.

You will be responsible for handling all inbound queries from our customers via phone, email, live chat and social media.

You will be joining our awesome customer care team so being a team player is a must Your responsibilities for this role will be:

– Handle all inbound calls, emails, live chat and social media prompts
– Work closely with other internal teams & departments
– Communicate effectively and efficiently
– Escalate tickets when needed
– Provide a world class customer service experience with every interaction
– Responsible for accurate entry and tracking of customer orders and resulting follow-up and communication with customers
– Provide excellent product knowledge
– Order management
– Other duties as assigned Please note this role requires flexible and will require some weekend work Advantages

– 2 years experience in a call centre environment is preferred
– Excellent customer service skills
– Technologically savvy with excellent typing speeds
– Post secondary education is an asset
– MUST be able to handle working in a fast paced customer service role
– High attention to detail
– Work well in a small team
