What you’ll do: The Customer Service and Order Processing Representative completes data entry tasks to fulfill orders made by customers.

On occasion, the representative will speak with a customer in order to schedule or re-schedule a service installation appointment.

On a day to day, the representative is processing orders from Bell Smart Home customers, one of North America’s leading security companies, protecting businesses, families and communities alike.

What you’ll need: In order to join our winning team, you will be expected to demonstrate essential skills to fully enjoy the experience: Bilingualism (English & French) is mandatory; Able to multi-task (think, talk and type) on calls; In addition, you will be required to: Have obtained a high school diploma; Be available to work: Weekdays: between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm Saturday and Sunday: between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm What we’ll do for you: For starters, you will enjoy a competitive base salary along with a monthly incentive that will reflect your skills and day to day engagement toward objectives.

As a complement, you will receive a weekend premium and bilingualism premium recently increased to $1 / worked hour.
