Together, let’s help to advance the world of minimally invasive care.Primary Function of Position:This role acts as the primary notification and consolidation point for receiving, processing, analyzing, and reporting product complaints.Roles & Responsibilities:* You will develop and update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure the capture and investigation of complaints.* Your skills in analytics and attention to detail will assist in the maintenance and analysis of problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to quality assurance management and product development.* You will document and track contact information, reported issues and problems in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.* Your ability to work well with others will help when you collaborate with other internal groups to respond to product inquiries and issues.Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:* Your experience interacting with customers, handling complaints, complaint resolution, and customer relations, and the ability to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions will be of great value to Intuitive Surgical.Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Intuitive through our direct sourcing partner, Raise Recruiting, who manages Intuitive’s Contractor Talent Community.
