DATE POSTED: October 29, 2019 TITLE: Customer Service Representative (CSR) DEPARTMENT: Customer Service/Sales HOURS: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm and 8:00 am – 5:00 pm alternating Work hours will be assigned based on assigned duties as listed below We are currently accepting resumes for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with our Customer Service/Sales team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager this position primarily focuses on processing orders through data entry and double keying for accuracy.

Interested candidates should have an understanding of fractions and be able to perform mathematical calculations that include writing measurements in fractions to 1/16″.

Duties will also include, but are not limited to: Data entry of faxed, emailed and phoned in orders, for production Accurately process phoned, faxed, and emailed quotes and orders in accordance with cut-off times and other time constraints that may exist Answer calls from the general public and customers in 3 rings or less and transfer to appropriate individuals as needed Assist other CSR’s with expediting orders Maintain good communication channels with product and support staff Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution for resolution Coordinate between Sales Representatives, Production and Distribution to meet customer deadlines Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Other duties and responsibilities as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Interested candidates should possess the following attributes: Strong data entry ability with a focus on detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent phone skills with the ability to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and be an advocate for the customer Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team environment and collaborate with co-workers Ability to work independently and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence Ability to read and perform mathematical calculations, write measurements in number fractions to 1/16” at high school education level Previous Customer Service experience would be an asset Regular and predictable attendance is an expectation Interested candidates should submit a current resume, and cover letter, expressing their interest in the role and what skills they would bring to the role by no later than November 6, 2019 to: ayoungobe.com What CRH Americas Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs A culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH Americas CRH Americas has a long and proud heritage as one of North America’s largest corporations.
