Customer Service Representative – Welland


This is a Full-time position in Welland, ON posted September 20, 2021.

Through in depth knowledge of our client’s product, policies and procedures, you will be able to help customers learn more abut their purchase, answer questions and field feedback as it comes in.

– Previous experience in a call centre environment is a bonus If you have experience where you were dedicated to supporting customers after they purchased products with your company, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries about their purchase via phone, email or other methods Educating and aligning against company procedures while keeping the customer’s needs at the forefront Ensuring full customer resolution within a timely manner Escalating all complaints to management Required Skills You love helping people and making sure they are happy with their purchase 2 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, or similar role Demonstrated ability to solve customer problems by working effectively within company guidelines Previous other departments Proven ability to learn product and communicate benefits to customers Experience Level Intermediate We will train you but we would love you to have a solid base of customer service experience.
