This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted October 14, 2021.

Our client is looking for passionate customer service representatives in Winnipeg If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving and you are customer-focused, then we have the job for YOU Randstad is looking for Customer Service Representative to work for a well-known financial company in the Winnipeg area.

This is a temporary to permennt position, to find out more, read below.

Type: 6 month contract with the opportunity to be taken on permanently Start Date: Monday, October 4th, October 12th, October 18th, November 1st Pay: $14/hour for English speaking and $14.50 for Spanish Bilinguals Location: Winnipeg Hours of Operation: Monday
– Friday 1 pm-9 pm (4 days during weekdays) and Sat OR Sun 10 am
– 6 pm; always 2 days off a week
– Work from Home for the time being

– Deal with both inbound and outbound calls from customers
– Review and approve customers loans applications
– Determining customers eligibility
– Setting up new accounts for new customers
– Updating customers accounts after each interactions
– Work with other teams to create a great customer experience Qualifications
– 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience is a must
– High school diploma
– Spanish is an asset
– Tech-savvy
– able to navigate through different applications
– Organization and problem-solving skills
