We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist
– 12 month term Role description Group Retirement Services (GRS) Administration provides administration services for a variety of group products, including RRSP, RPP, DPSP, RESP, TFSA, Investment Only and various non-registered plan types.

In this role you’ll be responsible for end to end administration system set up and maintenance in addition to production of contractual material for new and existing business.

You will also be responsible for handling daily inquiries from internal business partners.

What you will do Accurate set up and maintenance of client and plan levels of administration system within service standards Daily communication with Business Development, Administration, Pricing and Compensation teams Production of client and member contractual material for each new policy and during amendments of existing policies Customization of contractual material on large cases and consultant cases Communication with regulatory offices for provincial and federal jurisdictions Handling daily email inquiries from Business Development and Administration related to Group Retirement Services products and services What you will bring Experience with Group Retirement Services products and services is strongly preferred Demonstrates above-average accuracy and performance Self-motivated with an ability to effectively multi-task and handle tight deadlines; results oriented Excellent communication skills; both oral and written Organized and able to work in a dynamic and changing environment Experience communicating professionally with business partners Ability to negotiate in a positive, professional and collaborative manner Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player Skilled in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and Outlook Bilingual French/English is an asset Proven reliable and dependable working habits Be your best at Canada Life
