Customer Service Supervisor

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted November 22, 2022.

Our client is a franchised dealership Group in the Surrey and West Sussex are currently recruitingfor an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to help manage their customer service and call centre based processes.

The basic salary on offer is £25,000
– £30,000.

Key Responsibilities The Group Customer Services Supervisor will support the Group Customer Services Manager and wider business with quality monitoring, reviewing departmental performance, reporting on trends and training needs in line with business strategy.

This role is designed for an individual who has some Supervisory experience and is ready for the next step in their career, providing them with a clear path into a management.

Specific functions Quality Monitoring of the Customer Service Advisors’ calls and live chats in order to ensure required standards are being consistently met Prepare and quality check reports in relation to the Customer Service team’s performance Prepare and distribute outbound call data for the Customer Service Advisors Sales Lead Management including but not limited: Allocation of sales leads to Customer Service team Monitoring and reporting of sales lead handling times and performance stats daily & monthly Ensuring lead standards are upheld daily and facilitate error corrections Allocation of aftersales online booking requests to Customer Service team Call recording requests and stats facilitation on an ad hoc basis Liaise with colleagues of varying levels across the business in order to deal with any queries and resolve issues Identifying individual and team training requirements and liaising with Customer Services Manager in order to facilitate training Assist the Customer Service Manager in the delivery of training to new members of staff Assist with regular database maintenance tasks Fulfil standard Customer Service Advisor duties based on business need Willingly carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company Capability, Knowledge, and Experience Previous supervisory experience required Previous call centre experience desired Service booking experience desired CDK database experience desired Understanding of database management required Proficient in MS Office Comfortable communicating regularly with colleagues at all levels within the organisation Fully aware of GDPR compliance requirements Education and Qualification UK Driving licence desired.
