This is a Full-time position in Scarborough, ON posted March 22, 2021.

Our expectations : Customer service team member works primarily at the desk but is required to aid in loading and picking assignments.

This position requires inventory counting duties.

Your role : (include but not limited to): Ensures the routing of loads, works with operations supervisor and lead hand(s), scheduling 3rd party carriers.

Confirms inventory on the trucks loaded by the Loader Performs inventory cycle counts upon request by manager Ensuring required trainings are complete and up to date.

RONA policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Ensures data entry for various tracking reports such as Flex Delivery, Special Requests, Pickup at Supplier Charges, Quality Shipment by Driver and Loader.

Ensures all deliveries are made on time, if there are delays ensures customers are notified.

Ensures all work is conducted according to health & safety policies and legislation.

Performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements The qualifications we are looking for : Position requires an individual with strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize and apply a sense of urgency to ensure delivery and customer service levels are maintained.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail are required to delegate tasks, provide follow up and monitor work performance.

Position requires good interpersonal skills to foster a team oriented work environment and to provide appropriate coaching and training.

Position requires good telephone communication skills to effectively deal with customer issues.

Position requires knowledge of RONA’s policies and procedures, wood types/grades and storage and handling procedures.

Knowledge of SIDMA (inventory system) Position requires a RONA reach truck certification.
