The Job Window has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative on behalf of our client, a rapidly-growing marketing firm in Delta.

The successful candidate for the Customer Support Representative position will be a driven individual with a positive and professional attitude.

Individuals in this position should have basic knowledge and experience in marketing, sales or customer service.

The Customer Support Specialist is an entry-level position offering fully paid training.

As a Customer Support Specialist you will work closely with the field marketing team to execute in-store consumer marketing designed to promote and encourage both new and repeat customer subscriptions of our client’s products and services Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative: Consult with new and existing customers and provide them with information on products and services available to them.

Listen and understand consumer needs and provide advice on how they can be met by the products and services.

Facilitate consumer subscription updates, fill out and submit necessary paperwork.

Provide customers with an amazing sales and service experience Meet consultation and sales service objectives in a fast paced environment Qualifications of the Customer Support Representative: Winning personality; committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to take full ownership of assignments and work with minimal supervision Excellent problem solving skills Having a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (personally owned vehicle is recommended).

Travel to on-site events will be a requirement in this role.
