We are looking for a Customer SupportSpecialist to support our growth.

The Customer Support Specialist’sprimary responsibility is to provide our customers with exceptional customersupport.

What will you do?

Respond toescalated customer inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely manner.

Clearlyunderstand Paramount Commerce’s products in order to effectively respond tocustomers.

Seek resolutionto customer inquiries, and work with various departments within theorganization to resolve customer inquiries.

Ensurefollow-through on all inquiries, and ensure resolutions are communicated tocustomers.

Ensure that allcustomer responses are complete and properly maintained.

Work to identifyservice level challenges, and provide improvement recommendations and/orsuggested changes.

Manage customerrequests to open and close accounts.

Monitor customeraccounts for any potential fraudulent activity, and take appropriate actionwhere needed.

Participate inspecial projects to improve product and service quality and customersatisfaction.

Otheradministrative duties as assigned.

You will be/have: College diplomaor undergraduate degree in business or a related field.

Minimum of 2years customer service related work experience.

Working knowledgeof online payment rules and regulations is an asset.

Team player andcollaborative.

An effectivecommunicator, both spoken and written.

Microsoft Office,intermediate A standard background check will be required in order to be considered for this position.
