Desktop support technician

This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted November 28, 2019.

Job Description The Desktop Support Technician is responsible but not limited to the following responsibilities:You will possess the following skills:Good knowledge of computer hardware and operating system software including Windows and Mac.Experience supporting Office 365 applicationsKey tasks:Provide support to end users in officeHelp maintain employee business applicationsBreak/fix troubleshooting and repair of client network connections and PC resource/utilisation issuesInstall, maintain and upgrade workstation hardware, software, and operating systemsAbout you:You know desktop, server and internet technology and can implement best practice where possible;You know there isn’t one single answer to a problem and can suggest alternatives based on your experience and research;You are a team player.

You will be working with the whole company and you will be enhancing their capacity through your experience and enthusiasm;You are curious to learn and take the time to understand the latest technologies and trends;You like helping people.
