Support the day-to-day IT needs of our entire user base spanning multiple locations, including remote workers, across a multitude of technologies.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Respond and resolve user support requests
• Onsite maintenance for all Fredericton office staff
• Primary IT point of contact for Fredericton office related infrastructure projects
• Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of end users
• Lead for quarterly scheduled maintenance across a growing end-user base
• Assisting Director of IT Services with the planning and implementation of large scale projects.
• Serving as backup to the Director of IT Services
• Ongoing special projects as they arise
• Ongoing training for IT advancement    

Candidate Traits
 

• Working knowledge/experience with Google Workspace, Office 365, iOS, Windows, and MacOS are preferred.
