Digital Marketing Intern

This is a Full-time position in Whitby, ON posted February 14, 2021.

This is a remote position so the opportunity is available to all applicants located in the province of Ontario.

Timing and start date is flexible.

Starting in May is possible but an earlier start is also possible.

Lowe’s Canada’s digital marketing team is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern that is passionate about online marketing and expanding their marketing knowledge base The goal of our 16-week paid internship is to provide you the skills needed to be successful as an entry-level team member upon program completion.

Our internship is designed to promote personal and professional growth, gearing you up for an exciting career in eCommerce and the world of online acquisition.

As a Lowe’s Intern you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate daily with team members with varied skill sets and experiences and create a measurable impact on the overall business.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Marketing Intern who wants to jumpstart their career and learn from an amazing team of marketing professionals.

You will sit in with our marketing teams through each phase of development, from brainstorming campaign ideas to campaign execution.

Under the supervision of a marketing manager, you will assist in invoice creation, copy and creative development and perform some administrative work.

What you will be doing: You do NOT need to be a student.

The internship is open to anyone who is interested in taking their first step into Digital Marketing Some knowledge of Google Suite (Google Ads and Display) Assist with any reporting needs across all different channels as per the training provided on the job Assist with invoicing and reconciliations (training provided) Support SEM & programmatic initiatives
– assist with all ongoing efforts including supporting campaigns, creating briefs, supporting upper funnel tactics and coordinating creative sourcing Be creative, innovative, curious, have integrity, be accountable and result driven Possess strong communication skills Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines Help maintain business continuity Exigences du poste What you’ll learn: Get the ground-level training needed to ultimately work towards a certification and being proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360 by the end of your internship Learn to create reports and analyze data in order to discover potential opportunities to improve campaigns Develop a strong understanding of Paid Search, display and affiliate programs and how to run them Understand key eCommerce concepts and KPIs, including ROAS, CPM, CPC, AOV, etc.
