We are embarking on an outstanding journey to develop a new 5G Radio Access Network solution using the latest in Cloud Native technology and principles.

As a technical deployment support professional, you will be responsible for supporting demos, POCs/trials and the product introduction and deployment of our e2e Cloud RAN commercial solution.Your strong “Hands On” RAN skills will serve you well in this challenging and ever changing Cloud environment.

Your goal will be to ensure we have satisfied customers as they continue to modernize their networks towards Cloud RAN.

You will be responsible for:Development of and running of Proof of Concepts, POCs/Trials towards our customers.Providing expert technical support as we introduce / deploy our new Cloud RAN solutions to our customers.Test and troubleshoot customer configurationsDrive problem resolution to completion with the relevant development teams.Taking the customer view and driving “serviceability” improvements into our Cloud RAN Solution, focusing on usability and troubleshooting capabilities.

To be successful in the role, you must have:Bachelor’s or master’s level degree in a related field2+ years “Hands-On” experience in developing demos, POCs, Trials2+ years experience in a customer facing technical role, providing technical support2+ years experience in Cloud solutionsExcellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and possess a can-do attitude Why Ericsson:We work in an industry where new opportunities are emerging every day.
