Desktop Support Technician (Win 7/10)Contract Duration: 6 + months possible extensionWork locations: Vernon BCOur client, a Canada leading IT and Telecommunication service company, is looking for Desktop Support Technicians (Win 7/10) in multiple locations.Skills:Desktop support experienceWin 7/10 troubleshooting experienceAdministrative skills Scheduling and managing tasksNice to have skills:Hardware troubleshooting experienceExperience with Enterprise size deployment large scale deploymentsMobile device management experience.Project details: Windows 10 Refresh project (re-commencement) which requires technicians for imaging, deploying, scheduling, inventory management and administrative work.General Description:Logging and monitoring of customer questions, issues and problems through resolution/completion.

Creation and maintenance of customer service request documentation through resolution Provision of customer updates and status reports with regards to open customer issues as appropriate Ensure problem resolution via the maintenance of appropriate action plan and/or project plan Ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
