Franchise Operations Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze the needs of franchisees within the network to encourage the adoption of efficient work methods.
• Establish kitchen infrastructure at franchise locations and provide training to involved staff members.
• Create menus (for meals and catering services).
• Present cost analysis results to management for continuous improvement.
• Dive deep into the operation of equipment and establishment management systems and become an expert.
• Conduct inspection visits to network establishments to assess the quality of food and bar services.
• Ensure that new franchisees and their staff receive comprehensive and quality training.
• Play a crucial role in the opening of a new establishment.
• Perform all related tasks associated with the role.

Requirements:

• You have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• You have access to a car with a valid driver’s license.
