The role delivers quality processes to adhere to internal controls in order to maximize efficiency.

It serves as the primary point of contact for internal partners and external customers to ensure accurate dissemination of information.RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees the order desk inbox and actions all inquiries; Processes all incoming orders, returns, inventory checks, backorders releases, credit requests; Ensures that all communications with customers and warehouse are carried out in an effective and professional manner; Escalates potential risks and losses to Manager; Provides promptresponse to routine queries and report requests from management, field force and customers; Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations; Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed billings.EDUCATON AND QUALIFICATIONS Post-secondary degree and/or relevant experience in customer service in a pharmaceutical environment Excellent customer service skills SAP knowledge is considered a strong asset Minimum 5 years of customer service and order processing experience Bilingualism, English and French, mandatory Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong multi-tasking, detail oriented Ability to work in a team environment, remotely for the time being Confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion Ability to work under pressure
