This position is Reporting to the VP, Operations, the Satellite Operations and Customer Support Lead will be the customer face of our technical Operations team and will be key to maintaining and propelling excellent customer service standards.

Our client offers greenhouse gas detection, measurement, and monitoring services to industrial and government customers around the world.They also use their own satellites and aircraft sensors, combined with third-party data, to help industrial emitters better understand, control, and reduce their emissions.

They also provide high-resolution, local measurements of atmospheric methane and carbon dioxide concentration from space.

Responsibilities
·Provide support for all matters relating to our satellite operations service schedule
·Manage and update customer service standards for all our customers and contracts
·Manage customer onboarding with use of Salesforce
·Work with Sales Team to identify improvements on reports and customer relations
·Understand and interpret the analysis of remote sensing measurements of greenhouse gas and air quality gas emissions with the company toolchain
·Implement documentation standards for customer reports
·Customer relations: understand customer needs, collect data, present, and discuss results
·Ensure that all contractual commitments have been delivered on time to the customer once a purchase order is signed and transferred to the operations team
·Support planning and management operations of the remote sensing instruments
·Implement processes to provide visibility on tasks priorities and delivery KPI
·Implement customer management/support best practices
·Maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external clients Abilities
·Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication
·Ability to facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines and respond quickly to management and client requests
·Experience with satellite operations and scheduling
·Experience with satellite imagery and reporting
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.Com
·Familiarity with contractual language
·Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
·Ability to work with team of highly qualified technical experts
·Experience in dealing with external stakeholders (shareholders, customers, suppliers, partners, etc.)
·Familiarity with GIS, ArcGIS
·Interest in scientific analysis, in atmospheric sciences, in remote sensing systems, and in space Background
·Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar
·3+ years of experience in Satellite Operations roles
·Fluent in English, French an asset
