This is a Full-time position in Mont-Royal, QC posted March 23, 2021.

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact between the customer and the company, providing real-time service during online sales, as well as post-sales support covering a range of topicsDemonstrate a highly professional demeanor while providing exceptional service to our customers via phone and e-mailTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with the utmost of care and respect by listening to their problems and negotiating a satisfactory resolutionFollow customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer satisfaction, always doing the right thing for both our customers and our businessServe as a liaison between the customer and various internal departments with regards to shipping and technical issuesProvide customer feedback to management in order to continuously improve the shopping experience Minimum 6 months of experience working in a service-oriented environmentComputer proficiency including email, web applications, excel and contact management softwareStrong command of the English and French languageSpanish is anassetExemplary communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong leadership skills, both independently and in a teamAbility to work either 9AM 6PM; Ability towork 2-3 holiday weekends per yearHighly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
