System’s mining company is looking for an Intermediate Tier 2 Desktop Support to support Microsoft & Apple Technology.

MUST HAVES: 4 years directly-related Tier 2 experience working with 5000 users Experience working in an ITIL V3 framework Advanced familiarity with tools such as Service Now , Azure Online , TeamViewer, SCCM , Active Directory (and Azure AD), Desktop Authority Working with, troubleshooting, and configuring WDS/SCCM imaging workflows Experience with PowerShell scripting and other methods of software automation Recent history supporting Apple in the Enterprise, utilizing JAMF and InTune NICE TO HAVE: Spanish speaking skills Experience supporting multi-function Xerox printers, notably AltaLink models Experience with a purchasing/requisitioning system
