We have the job for you DECIDE4ACTION is looking for a software technical support to complete its team As a technical support at DECIDE4ACTION, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, for clients all over the world.

You will be part of our multi-cultural and dynamic team, bringing your experience and skills.

Responsabilities: Answer to tickets sent by customers; Identify and resolve level 1 and level 2 technical issues on the use of our software; Provide clear and concise technical information to customers; Understand the functionality and features of our products; Effectively assess problems to determine if a programmer is required; Meet the deadlines announced to our customers; Participate in the development and implementation of new processes; Participate in the testing of our software; Interact with team members throughout the application life cycle; Communicate ticket status and identify technical risks; Provide technical knowledge to support other staff within the organisation; Create/edit reports in our FastReport editing tool; Assist with planning and documentation.
