Junior / Intermediate Level Tech Support Agent

This is a Contract position in Quebec, QC posted October 7, 2021.

We are seeking a Junior / Intermediate Level Tech Support Agent to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing technical support over the phone and resolving technical issues related to our Point of Sale software.

Responsibilities: Handle incoming tech-support calls and inquiries Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to our Point of Sale Software Train and educate our clients on the use of our software Install / uninstall / update software modules & drivers under a MS Windows platform Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving support issues that come up ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in technical support and customer service Ability to break down and solve problems Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Ability to work with other co-workers and communicate effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of MS Windows 7/8/10 installation, driver/software updates Experience with MS Office 2013 (Excel and Word), manipulating spreadsheets etc.
