– Salesforce or MicroSoft Dynamics.

Junior IT Business Support Analyst
– Salesforce or MicroSoft Dynamics – Job Description Project: The group migrated to a Tier1 CRM, with the implementation recently completed They are now focusing on ensuring all users are added from multiple domains.

Additionally, the group has recently gone live with a new application built for GBM internal control, and the current focus is on moving from the pilot stage to the live system Responsibilities include support work, as well as configuring the Control Management System (used for regulatory reporting) Supports one or more highly complex business processes (this is predominantly a support role where the contractor would be managing production cases and resolving them to completion) Will participate on side projects on key initiatives Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities Able to manage time and handle a high volume of incoming requests and cases The goal is to upskill contractors into a junior BA capacity Support User Acceptance Testing (test case execution) Junior IT Business Support Analyst
– Salesforce or MicroSoft Dynamics – Mandatory Skills 2 years exposure to IT support experience or 1 year of BA experience Basic level understanding of database design Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) Exposure to Salesforce platform or Microsoft Dynamics Excellent communication skills to work across different business lines and with different users Strong ability to work under pressure A go getter personality who can solve problems and think outside the box Strong Customer Service orientation Bachelor/ Associate degree in a relevant technical field required Salesforce Certifications
– Salesforce Admin is an asset Junior IT Business Support Analyst
– Salesforce or MicroSoft Dynamics
– Nice to Have Skills Project experience within an Agile Space preferred Software experience is a plus and will be prioritized Banking industry domain knowledge is an asset Prior experience as a BA IT support Junior IT Business Support Analyst

– Assignment Start Date ASAP – 7 months to start Junior IT Business Support Analyst
