If you have a can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-service focus then this position could be perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:Work under the guidance of the IT Manager to support internal clients on hardware and softwareClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsProvide level II/III technical assistance and support for incoming requests and issues relating to desktops systems, software, network, and hardwareAbility to install, configure, and maintain computer software and hardware in a logical mannerPerform routine checks and automate recurring tasks wherever applicableBe results-oriented with tasks and complete with high sense of urgency and qualityResolve problems by executing and improving standard operating proceduresCreate and document procedures as requiredA high capacity for learning new technologiesA valid driver”s license and vehicle are required as the successful candidate will be required to visit various locations on occasionKey Skills and Knowledge Required:4+ years of experience in a technical support roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDiploma/Degree in Computer Science or relevant industry experienceDeep knowledge of core Microsoft products such as Windows Desktop, Remote Desktop Services, WVD and Office 365Good understanding of TCP/IP, firewall, networking protocols, and security conceptsStrong communication skills that enable IT to partner with other members of our business units on new initiativesAbility to work with customers in a professional, courteous, and helpful mannerStrong history of positive customer interaction and customer supportAuto parts or an automotive background is an assetExperience in retail is a strong assetGood public relations skills with the ability to remain courteous, tactful, and diplomatic in dealing with internal and external clients.What we offer:This is a full-time position located at our Port Coquitlam Head Office.

Compensation will be negotiated based on experience and will include our full benefits package and RRSP matching.
