Opportunity:You will be part of our Ottawa team providing level one Technical Support to March Networks Customers worldwide.You will become an expert with our exclusive suite of Digital Video Recorders, Cameras and Video Management Software, and will be integral to our customers’ satisfaction.

Your exemplary communication skills, eagerness to master new technologies and enthusiasm to support our market leading products will make you the ideal candidate.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide level one technical support to March Networks customers via phone and emailProvide RMA (return material authorization) services for March Networks hardwareMaintain accurate and timely records of all customer communicationsInvestigate and reproduce customer problems in the labWork closely with Resellers, Sales and Sales Engineers to resolve customer issuesPartner with Level Two Technical Support, R& D and Product Verification teams to drive solutionsPerform remote diagnostics and investigationsParticipate in after hours on-call rotationsQualifications:College Diploma or University Degree in Technology or EngineeringExcellent English communication skills and bilingual in French or Spanish is an assetSkills and Experience:Strong analytic and troubleshooting skillsWindows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019 maintenance and application troubleshootingWindows 10 operating system and application troubleshootingLinux administration and troubleshootingIP network and routing troubleshootingWireless network troubleshootingComputer hardware troubleshootingSecurity and firewall troubleshootingAssets:Experience with digital video recorders and CCTV surveillance technologiesExperience with analogue and IP camerasActive Directory administration and troubleshootingVMWARE administration and troubleshootingCompTIA A+ or related certificationCisco CCNA or related certificationMicrosoft certification
